This patch addresses the issue of endless loading past level 10.

• Overhaul of procedural generation level system. (removed)
• 194 curated levels available to play
• Level ID can be found on the help (?) screen if you need to report a problem
• FX added to Cthulhu when he escapes the box
• 'No moves' window moved down to allow some view of the misteps made
